MULTISPORT GYMNASIUM

Our multisport gym is one of Montreal’s best-kept secrets.  Very few installations can boast such a spacious area that can house five badminton courts right in the heart of city.

We have several on-going programs with recreational leagues. With an alternating schedule, our gym offers indoor soccer, badminton, basketball, volleyball, boxing training, as well as private golf lessons. We also have table tennis and a CompuTrainer system for cycling training.

With its high ceiling, our gym is the ideal location to host various specials events such as fundraising galas, launches and sporting events.

MULTISPORT GYM RULES

 1. All participants must wear appropriate attire and indoor running shoes. (Shorts, shirts, track pants, etc.)



2. The normal set up for open gym periods is 50% badminton 
(2 courts) 50% multi-sport (basketball, ping-pong, etc.)
 Maximum time allowed for badminton is 30 minutes in 
singles and 60 minutes in doubles.



3. Hanging on the basketball rims is prohibited (No dunking).



4. No soccer balls are allowed to be used other than in supervised soccer activity.



5. Kicking balls is prohibited.



6. Children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied 
by an adult.



7. Equipment is available for use at the front desk (racquets, birds).



8. Boxing gloves are only available during supervised 
training sessions.



9. When badminton activity is scheduled, no other activities are 
permitted, unless there are less than 6 players.

 *Members may rent out the gym area for special occasions
(e.g. events, sports, fundraisers, etc.)
