URIEL ARREGUIN
Uriel was born in Mexico and started to dance professionally at the age of 15. For several years he danced with the National Ballet of Mexico. Uriel has worked on numerous productions, as well as being the artistic director of many. Since his arrival in Montreal, Uriel has performed on various stage productions, such as Rock’n Roll, Broadway, Dalida…Une Vie, Bombay Blue, the television series, Cover Girl and Les Crooners, and was one of the exceptional choreographers on the television show, Le Match des Étoiles. He is a versatile dancer, specializing in Latin dance, social, contemporary, Broadway musicals, classical and jazz ballet as well as aerial acrobatics. Uriel appears as a dancer and is the choreographer on 4 of the Cardio Dance DVD series, Nathalie Lambert Presents: Cardio Latino 1 and 2, Cardio Fever and Hi-Lo Cardio Dance.
PAULINA KAYE GONZALES
There’s only one word that can describe this Canadian free spirit born in the Philippines: PAULINERGETIC!! Her tiny frame exudes power while remaining graceful with every step she executes. Her ability to adapt and versatility is a result of her vast dance experience that includes ballet, hip-hop, Hawaiian and even figure skating. She is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with close to 15 years of teaching experience.
SUAAD GHADBAN
Suaad started dancing at an early age and competed in gymnastics and aerobics, but she continued with her number one passion: dancing. Suaad specializes in urban dance and acrobatics as well as many other styles. In addition to being a trainer, she teaches dance and flexibility to gymnasts, speed skaters and young dancers. Suaad’s appeal as an instructor comes from her charm and good-natured qualities.
NATHALIE LAMBERT
Nathalie had a brilliant career as a speed skater winning 4 Olympic medals and numerous world champion titles. With a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education, she trained as a speed skater for 12 years and then branched into the fitness industry. She is the Communications Director at Club Sportif MAA since 1999 and has published the fitness book, “Le plaisir de bouger” in 2006. Nathalie discovered a passion for dance and has produced 6 Cardio Dance DVDs including the successful Cardio Latino series and her most recent, Hi-Lo Cardio Dance.
SOFIE LAURIN
Since she started walking, Sofie is a ball of energy that has not stopped developing her passion for dance and sports. She has 13 years of experience and several certifications as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Sofie’s charming personality, charisma and unique style facilitates her being a choreographer, speaker and trainer. She is a hip-hop artist and teaches in many other dance styles, as well as group fitness classes, such as Cardio Latino, Sexy Dance, Bootcamp, Spinning, Toning and much more.
ANTHONY SINGELIS
Nicknamed the “spinning dean” by his colleagues, Anthony is an educator in bike bibs with a background as colourful as a cyclist's jersey. He is a dean by day at Champlain College and a fitness instructor by night and on weekends at Club Sportif MAA. Known for his signature approach to leading indoor cycling, Bosu, Step and AbsPlus classes, he coaches with passion, enthusiasm and humour, with an approach that gets participants to enjoy the activity as much as its benefits.
SHANA TROY
Shana graduated from L'École Supérieure de Danse du Québec and has toured all over Europe with Le Jeune Ballet du Québec. Shana is in her 10th year with Les Grands Ballets Canadiens’ production of the Nutcracker. She was also a Cheerleader of Les Alouettes de Montréal and one of the star choreographers of Le Match des Étoiles. Shana has also starred in several stage productions, including Shahrazad and Joe Dassin. She is A certified Classical Stretch and AntiGravity Yoga instructor.
