JUNIOR PROGRAM

An entire Saturday morning of active fun! That's our motto for our Junior Program at the MAA. Children can participate in an array of activities to fill their mornings with active fun. Our program runs 3 sessions throughout the academic school year.

Kids can partake in any one of the following three kinds of activities or any combination of them. We offer sports activities, swimming lessons and an aquatics program.

Our sports activities offer many challenges. They can register for squash, mini-tennis, soccer and multisports, badminton, dance and boot camp. We have four squash courts, a multisports gym, four badminton courts and a dance studio exclusively reserved for their use.

Swimming lessons are offered for preschool children and for school children through out the year. We work with the Canadian Red Cross Swim program in order to provide the fullest level of instruction and water safety. Babies as young as four months to older kids learn in small groups with qualified instructors.

Along with the weekday activities of the pool, children can choose to participate in our junior elite squash competitive training. It includes technical and tactical strategy as well as fitness training and match play. We encourage our participants to partake in regional tournaments.

Don’t forget that as an additional service included with your registration, we can take care of supervising and escorting children between activities!  Please note that all participants requiring this service must be registered, and places are limited.

Another exciting change for our program can be found in the MAA Bistro, which is offering new and improved menu options that are healthier as well as a variety of snacks during the Saturday morning programs. Come get a taste of our healthy new menu!
