Any TRX class will enhance your muscle strength and endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, balance, core strength, coordination and power whether you want to be fit, or love high performance workouts or want the next challenge. See the results in your activities of daily living or sport. You'll jump farther, move more effortlessly, pull and push harder. Kirstin will teach you how to use your muscles to move and build a leaner, stronger and functional YOU!

TRX Training Sessions:

• Individual or class training sessions available
• Reservations are required
• Fee: $20 per class for a package of 10 sessions or $25 for one class (plus tax)
