Martin graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from the Université du Québec à Montréal and has 10 years of experience in the personal training field. Through his personalized approach and knowledge of fitness and health, Martin has helped enhance the quality of life for hundreds of people. 

Passionate about fitness and wellness, Martin enjoys martial arts and extreme sports, but feels right at home training in the gym in the traditional sense. Continually striving to achieve more, Martin’s positive attitude towards training is reflected in the success of his clients attaining their goals.

Thanks to his need for continually wanting to help others, his colleagues know that they can depend on his support and aid. Whether he is cleaning the gym, training a new employee or simply offering advice on training and exercise, Martin has never counted the hours he works at the MAA but plans to spend more time there for quite a while longer.

Nicolas graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from the Université du Québec à Montréal. He has been working at the MAA for 5 years and has completed 3 specialized training programs in personal training, of which the last is in weight loss. A competitive and accomplished athlete in alpine skiing, he later trained and coached in this sport on an amateur level.

Respected by colleagues and members alike, Nicolas instills professionalism, enthusiasm and motivation as a personal trainer. His fervently believes that fitness and wellness is the road to a healthy lifestyle, which he aspires to spread to as many people as possible.
   

CORNELIA DOVE

Cornelia graduated from Concordia University with a degree in Exercise Science specializing in Community Fitness. She spent 14 years in Paris where she developed relationship and communication skills working five years as fitness manager at the Ritz Hotel Health Club and nine years in her own business as a personal trainer.

Now at the MAA since August 2007 she is continuing to make fitness accessible and fun to members by energizing and helping them realize their potential as leaders of their own life in health and fitness.
