CLASS DESCRIPTION: 
AFRICAN DANCE:  Move to the exciting pulses of African rhythms in this high-energy cardio dance class.  

BALLET:  A classical favorite!  Learn the basics of classical ballet with movements and exercises that will help strengthen and stretch all the major muscle groups while improving your balance and posture.

BALLROOM DANCE: Learn the basic dance steps and choreographies of popular dances like the salsa, swing, rumba and waltz. You do not need a partner. 

BROADWAY & CABARET STYLING:  New! What a great way to begin your weekend... Starting with a complete dance warm-up, you will learn the basic steps and choreographies of Jazz, Fossy, Cabaret and Broadway with real theatrical flair and style!

CARDIO-BALLET:  This class has great routines that are a perfect mix of classical jazz and funky movements, resulting in effective cardio and muscle toning workouts. The first part of this class concentrates on cardio while the second half focuses on muscle toning and classic stretching on the bars.

CARDIO-DANCE:  Shape up with this fast-paced dance class and burn off calories. This class is an excellent cardio and muscle toning workout as well as a great way to discover many popular dance styles.  

CARDIO-LATINO:  Discover why latin dance is still the most popular style of dance everywhere. With high energy, sexy hip moves and great choreographies, these key elements make this new class a fun and excellent workout! HIP-HOP ABS: Get down with us and learn the basic moves of hip-hop and some cool choreography for a fast-paced cardio and abs workout! 

CHOREOGRAPHY:  Learn these special choreographies inspired by the TV show, Le Match des Étoiles and master the basic steps of different dance styles, from samba to hip-hop, and belly dance to jazz. This is an intermediate level class. 

SEXY DANCE: This sensual dance class is great for toning muscles with slow controlled moves and sexy choreographies that use a variety of hip rolls and body waves. For women only.

ZUMBA CARDIO-DANCE:  Come and discover why Zumba is such a fitness rage.  This dance class is the perfect fusion of Latin rhythms and cardio dance exercises. You will use basic steps, easy choreography and interval training where fast and slow beats are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

• Due to the fact that we work with highly qualified professional dance teachers that are still active as dancers and choreographers, we may have to replace them with other teachers from time to time.

• Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable (unless the class is cancelled by the Club.)

• Classes with less than 10 participants will be cancelled after the 1st month.
