JUKARI FIT TO FLY™ CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

INTRODUCTION FOR BEGINNERS: JUKARI Fit to Fly It's a start! Jukari classes, even at the entry level, are very demanding and effective.As you work with your body weight, you will have significant gains in muscular strength. Mastering the techniques and the movements is an essential element for safety as well as making it fun. So it's recommended to anyone who has never done Jukari to start with an introductory class even if you are in good shape. Your expert Jukari instructor will also teach you how to use the Reebok FlySet™ correctly.

BEGINNERS: JUKARI Fit to Fly This class is designed for participants who want to get in shape and receive the benefits of cardio training and muscle strengthening. The rhythm and the level of intensity is adapted to beginners. It is recommended to take our introductory class if you don't take any of our other group classes on a regular basis. Your expert jukari instructor will teach you different easy exercises for strength, power, and endurance. Refine your silhouette with this fun and effective class!

INTERMEDIATE: JUKARI Fit to Fly This class is for participants who have a base in Jukari, are already in good shape and have experience with group classes. The intensity is higher than the Beginner level and the muscular strengthening exercises are at a more advanced level. This class uses intervals and choreography that will take you to the next level of this aerobics program. An introductory session is recommended before registering for this level.

ADVANCED: This class is for participants who already have a good base in Jukari and are in good shape. It is not permitted to register before you have completed a session of Jukari at the MAA, unless you are already very experienced with aerobics.This class is intense and develops cardiovascular qualities that allow for significant gains in strength for all the major muscle groups. BOOTCAMP: Ce cours s'adresse à ceux qui veulent découvrir l'entraînement en suspension à son meilleur. De style entraînement par intervalles de haute intensité (E.I.H.I.) le Bootcamp Jukari vous permettra d'avoir des gains significatifs en renforcement musculaire et en puissance. Le FlySetMC de Reebok permet une plus grande variété de mouvements que n'importe quel autre appareil de suspension puisqu'il peut balancer et aussi tourner sur place. Ce cours va plaire aux adeptes de cours intenses sans chorégraphies. À Découvrir!
