The class that is part of the new trend towards developing strength through functional movement.

FUNctional is an hour long movement class building mobility, dexterity and stability through simple, fun strengthening drills aimed at expanding range of motion and core strength.

Participants will develop their awareness, flexibility, and expand their movement potential in a safe and dynamic environment.

FOCUS AREAS: Muscle strengthening and flexibility

LENGTH OF CLASS: 60 minutes

LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY: All levels
