HIIT Circuit

This method is also known as fractional or metabolic circuit training.

The concept is to combine periods of very high intensity effort with periods of rest or active recovery.

HIIT is high-intensity interval training. In these classes, you alternate more cardiovascular efforts with more muscular ones. Very similar to Bootcamp in terms of effort, HIIT by circuit allows participants to do different stations and use a greater variety of accessories. These classes are highly energy-intensive and ideal for those who enjoy intense effort.
