Originally from Colombia, AnaMaria was motivated by her love for the performing arts to begin her dance training. A professional dancer and fitness instructor, she combines her passion for movement and fitness with a desire to promote good physical and mental health. Her focus is musicality and enjoyment in movement. She encourages all participants to have a healthy lifestyle and uses her Cardio Dance classes to help them develop their strength, coordination, flexibility and cardiovascular capacity. Although demanding, her classes are fun and suitable for all levels.
