Jonathan Williams

"I'm strongly passionate about fitness, sports, coaching athletes and the general public."

Jonathan Williams was first an accomplished football player, specializing in the quarterback and wide receiver positions. Following his journey as a player, he cumulated 15 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach, group fitness instructor, private trainer and an athletic development coach (youth-pro).

Outside of the MAA, he is now entering his third season as strength and conditioning coach for the Montréal Toundra professional basketball team in the Basketball Super League.
