From the minute he was thrown into his first martial arts class at age 4, Larry has been intrigued with the human body and its capacity. After a university basketball career that left his body battered, he vowed to learn more so that he could avoid the pitfalls of a life filled with pain. When he’s not reading a training manual or learning from some of the industry’s best and brightest minds, he can be found exploring his body and all the different ways it can move. Whether it’s with high-level athletes, clients in their later years, or anywhere in between, Larry’s mission is to get people to better understand how beautiful the human body is and all the wonderful things it’s capable of when it’s challenged in the right way.
