Léonie has been active since she was very young and has always had a strong interest for movement and well-being. After teaching dance, she began physical training to help others achieve better physical and mental health.
Her approach focuses on tuning into one’s own needs and adjusting accordingly, as every person is unique and progresses at their own speed. Leonie’s goal is to help you develop a healthy relationship with your body by providing you with the tools you need to feel strong, confident, and at peace over time.
