PILATES ON APPARATUS

PILATES ON APPARATUS ALLOWS TARGETED WORK TO STRENGTHEN THE PARTS OF THE BODY NECESSARY FOR HEALING OR INJURY PREVENTION.

The Espace Pilates is a magnificent studio reserved for Pilates on Apparatus private and small group training with an expert instructor.

The studio is equipped with all the major Pilates apparatus, including 4 reformers, chairs and trapezoidal tables, and welcomes members and non-members alike who want to develop their overall strength, flexibility and coordination.

Advanced athletes can use these complementary workouts to make their bodies work more efficiently and keep them in optimal alignment.

Pilates is also very effective for eliminating stress-related muscular problems such as lower back and neck pain, or for gradually restarting exercise following an injury.

Our expert instructors are available by appointment for 50 to 60-minute sessions.
